Ordering a test

This page describes how a user who wants to get tested can order a test.

1. Creating an account

Please register using your email address or phone number under https://web.daslab.app/login
Remember that you only need to register once. If you switch devices at any time, please use the same login details which you used to register initially!

2. Ordering a test

After login in, go to "book" in the bottom left of the menu bar
Chose the location nearest to you or search for a city or address
Select a location from our list and proceed to chose a day for your appointment
Use the provided calendar to chose a date and time
Follow the prompts to pay and accept all T&C’s etc. notice that you are required to fill-in your patient data.
Without the patient data you will not be able to proceed to your appointment. The QR code and your appointment will be unlocked once you have entered the required fields (see next step).
Click on "Patient 1" to enter your patient data
Having entered your data you will see this QR code, we’ve also sent it to you via email.
Please show the staff at our partners location for them to scan and proceed with the appointment.

3. Viewing you results

To view your results please log into your DasLab account at web.daslab.app and proceed to the “results” section found in the bottom menu.
In your results area we provide you with all of the appointments you have had. Click on one appointment for more details on each appointment. Here you can download certificates, and see further information.

4. Further options & support

Under “more…” in the bottom right menu bar, you will find your account settings such as changing your language, FAQ’s and our contact details.
